  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute multi-cuisine menus tailored for intimate groups
  • Handle live counters like pasta, grills, BBQ, and breakfast specials
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock, prep lists, and daily mise en place
  • Ensure timely service for groups of 10–30 guests
  • Coordinate with the guest relations team for menu preferences, allergies, and special requests
  • Track inventory, control wastage, and manage vendor purchases
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
  • Train and supervise support staff and helpers
  • Step in for special events like Sangeeth, wedding lunches, and corporate offsites
