Site Engineer

A civil site engineer is responsible for supervising and executing construction activities in layout development, including road construction, park planning, and overhead tank works. The role involves conducting site surveys, marking layouts, and ensuring all works are carried out as per drawings and specifications. In road construction, the engineer manages subgrade preparation, compaction, and laying of GSB, WMM, and surface layers with proper drainage. In park planning, the engineer oversees landscaping, pathways, irrigation, and lighting works. For overhead tanks, responsibilities include supervising excavation, foundation, RCC work, and ensuring structural safety and water tightness. Additionally, the engineer handles quality control, quantity measurement, billing, safety practices, and coordination with contractors and project teams to ensure timely project completion.
