Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Vendor Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new vendors, verifying documents, and ensuring smooth product listing on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new vendors to the platform
- Verify vendor documents such as GST, KYC, and business details
- Assist vendors with product listing, images, and descriptions
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Resolve vendor queries and provide onboarding support
- Ensure vendor information is accurate in the system
