Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor is an official in a manufacturing plant who communicates the job expectations to production workers by planning, monitoring the manufacturing process and disciplining them. He is also responsible for initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures of the plant

Production: Formulation of Production plan for

the month as per Orders received and their corresponding Delivery Period and Priorities

of Customer.

Maintenance: To plan preventive maintenance schedule

with Maintenance Department (Mechanical & Electrical) to ensure minimum breakdown

and to plan minimum loss of time by keeping sufficient spare parts during

Breakdown Maintenance.

Raw materials and Consumables: To plan

availability of Primary and Secondary Raw material to achieve Target

Production and to ensure availability of Consumables required for preventive

and Breakdown Maintenance.

Quality: To ensure quality check on finished

product and to ensure inspection of incoming raw material and consumables

before it is used.
