Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting of safety and environment data from all SA sites (Make, Non make, DCB)
• Developing dashboard and tracker to support team with follow up and closure of actions
• Maintain hygiene of safety & environment related portals, which include: Airsweb, OS – EPR portal, 3P-2P portal, EMOC, Monthly excel for leading indicators.
• Implement and analysis safety & environment data to create weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly reports for the team.
• Generating and maintaining day to day SHE data and updating to management of SHE performance.
• Preparing SHE update deck for SCLT and respective stake holders
• Conducting PWC audits for sites with category & environment manager.
• Ensure annual submission of SPR, EPR & PAR
• Conduct Safety & Environment trainings, audits
• Working with global team for implementation of new requirements.
• Work on safety and environment improvement projects

Requirements

• Excellent Analytical capabilities
• Competent to use digital platforms
• Competent to use MS office effectively
