Job SummaryBethliving is looking for motivated and customer-centric Sales Executives for our Kannur showroom. The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their interior and furniture needs, and converting leads into successful sales while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist walk-in customers at the Bethliving showroom
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable Bethliving products
• Explain product features, materials, pricing, and offers clearly
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and conversion ratios
• Handle telecalling and follow-ups for leads and enquiries
• Coordinate billing, order processing, and installation scheduling
• Follow up with customers for closures, feedback, and repeat business
• Maintain showroom displays as per Bethliving brand standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Desired Skills & Qualifications1–5 years of retail sales experience (furniture/interiors preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
• Fluency in Malayalam; English/Hindi is an added advantage
