ROLE SUMMARY (PURPOSE)
The Zonal Manager Gold Inspection at MFL is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of gold appraisal, inspection quality, operational compliance, and risk mitigation across all branches within the assigned zone. The role provides oversight, guidance, and supervision to branch-level inspectors and teams, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency in gold loan operations

KEY SKILLS & BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES
- Attention to detail, good communication in candidates own vernacular, integrity, analytical skills and teamwork.
- Strong knowledge of gold purity evaluation techniques and appraisal standards.
- Experience in operational audits, branch processes, or gold loan operations preferred.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and risk awareness.
- Ability to travel extensively across branches in the assigned zone.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification: Any degree except fine arts.
Nature of Experience:
- Retired banker with significant experience in branch operations, audit, or gold/asset-backed loan operations.
- Minimum 25 years of banking experience, preferably with exposure to gold loan or secured lending operations.
- At least 7+ years in supervisory, regional, or zonal roles overseeing multiple branches.
