About the Role:

We’re looking for Insulation Operators (3–10 years) skilled in preparing and fitting insulation materials for transformer coils. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality insulation for both low and high voltage units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cut, shape, and fit paper, pressboard, and other insulation materials.

• Ensure accurate insulation between LV/HV windings and components.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness of insulation areas.

• Inspect insulation quality to meet transformer standards.

• Support coil assembly and winding teams with insulation needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in transformer insulation work.

• Skilled in handling pressboard, kraft paper, and other insulating materials.

• Good understanding of LV/HV insulation requirements.

• Strong focus on precision, safety, and quality.
