About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Winding Operators (3–10 years) who specialize in winding coils for transformers ranging from small voltage to high voltage units. Precision, consistency, and craftsmanship are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform LV and HV coil winding using copper or aluminum conductors.

• Ensure accurate winding dimensions and insulation between layers.

• Operate winding machines safely and maintain tools in good condition.

• Follow technical drawings and quality standards for each transformer type.

• Coordinate with quality and assembly teams to meet production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–10 years of experience in transformer coil winding (LV/HV).

• Strong understanding of electrical insulation and winding procedures.

• Ability to read and interpret winding diagrams and technical documents.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
