Job Description
District Coordinator – DSHEP: 3-3.5 LPA max
Location: Chittoor (AP), Hyderabad & Nagarkurnool (TG)
Reporting to: Program Manager
Tenure: August 2025 – July 2026
Role Summary:District Coordinators will manage block-level execution of DSHEP, ensuring smooth delivery of hygiene education activities, training, and community engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:Supervise volunteers and community mobilizers in assigned blocks.
- Coordinate school visits, teacher training, and hygiene kit distribution.
- Monitor implementation of hygiene corners, soap banks, and murals.
- Collect and validate field data for MIS reporting.
- Organize parent meetings, WASH day events, and stakeholder sessions.
- KPIs:100% school visits as per monthly plan.
- 100% hygiene kit distribution in assigned blocks.
- 100% data accuracy in MIS submissions.
- 100% completion of mural and hygiene corner installations.
- Deliverables:Weekly field reports
- Monthly school engagement summaries
- Inventory and asset tracking reports
- Feedback from school authorities
