Job Description – Program Manager (NCD PERT
Program)Position: Program ManagerLocation: Chittoor District
(Field + Office)Employment Type: Fixed-Term

Role SummaryThe Program Manager will lead the implementation of the NCD Prevention, Education, Research and Training (PERT) program, ensuring effective execution of community-based screening, data management, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves end-to-end program management, field oversight, and alignment with research and CSR objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Program Implementation & Execution· Lead planning and execution of NCD screening activities across identified locations
· Ensure achievement of program targets (screening of ~7,500 individuals)
· Oversee mobile units, camps, and field operations
2. Team Management· Supervise field teams including Medical Officers, Staff Nurses, Coordinators, and Volunteers
· Ensure proper staffing, training, and deployment
· Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement· Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and institutions
· Drive community mobilization and participation in screening programs
· Ensure smooth execution of awareness and outreach activities
4. Data Management & Reporting· Ensure accurate data collection, entry, and reporting through IT platforms
· Monitor MIS, validate field data, and maintain data quality
· Submit periodic reports (weekly/monthly) to stakeholders
5. Coordination with Research Partner· Liaise with academic/research partner for protocol adherence
· Support sample collection, data sharing, and research activities
· Ensure compliance with program guidelines and methodology
6. Logistics & Operations· Manage procurement, equipment, and field logistics
· Ensure availability of medical supplies and screening tools
· Oversee transportation and operational planning
7. Monitoring & Compliance· Track program progress against milestones and deliverables
· Ensure compliance with CSR, healthcare, and data privacy regulations
· Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness
8. Financial & Vendor Management· Monitor program budgets and expenses
· Coordinate with vendors and consultants
· Support invoice validation and fund utilization tracking
Eligibility Criteria· Qualification:
o Master’s in Public Health (MPH) / Healthcare Management / Social Work / MBA (Healthcare preferred)
· Experience:
o Experience in NCD programs or community health preferred
Key Skills· Strong program management & field execution
· Team leadership and stakeholder management
· Data-driven decision making (MIS/reporting)
· Communication and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in rural/community settings
Other Requirements· Willingness to travel extensively in field locations
· Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
· Flexible to work as per program needs
Compensation· As per organizational norms (CTC + statutory + insurance)
