Role

As the Section Head - Maintenance you will be part of the Plant Operations and will report to the Department Head - Maintenance.

The purpose of your role will be to Ensuring day to day maintenance activities in Frame plant, Engine Plant, Machine Shop, Paint & Weld shops . And ensuring zero breakdown as well as keeping repair cost and inventory in control as per defined targets.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Enhancing reliability of equipment for zero breakdown with strong analysis & actions improve machine reliability
2. Insuring optimum R&M and Consumable cost to control expenses with optimum inventory as per the Budget plan
3. Strengthening PM pillar TPM activities and creating Healthy work place
4. Enhancing morale of team to create joyful work place
5. Initiatives to enhance innovation

A Day in the life

Planning and directing the overall maintennace work and coordinating responsibilities. Overseeing maintennace jobs at plant

Academic Qualification & Experience

B.Tech / B.E Electrical Engineering
16 to 18 Years Experience in Two Wheeler / Four Wheeler Automobile Industry

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1) Experience in repair & maintenance of equipment in CNC Machine Shop, Robotic Paint & Weld shop
2) Overall maintenance budget & Inventory
3) TPM & IMS knolwedge
