Senior Site Engineer

1.Oversee day-to-day site operations for open plot developments and layout execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved plans and timelines.

2.Supervise site activities including land leveling, road formation, drainage systems, and infrastructure development within layouts.

3.Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of layout designs and specifications.

4.Monitor quality control, material usage, and workmanship to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

5.Ensure proper site measurements, plotting, and demarcation as per layout drawings and land records.

6.Maintain site reports, progress tracking, BOQs, and ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.

7.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and local authority approvals related to layout developments.
