Job Responsibilities:

• Actively bidding on projects across various freelancing platforms.
• Managing client communication and ensuring timely updates on projects.
• Coordinating with the technical team leader to track project progress and relay updates to clients.
• Writing business proposals for new projects and potential clients.
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Conducting competitor analysis to improve bidding strategies and client engagement.
• Maintaining records of leads, proposals, and client interactions for future reference.
• Ensuring high-quality customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Assisting in marketing strategies to improve online presence and project acquisition.
• Monitoring project deadlines and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of online bidding and freelancing platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to draft compelling business proposals.
• Good analytical skills for market research and business growth strategies.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools (preferred).
