Civil Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
• Supervise contractors, labor, and vendors at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain quality control and safety standards at site
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Handle material planning, procurement, and inventory control
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals
• Control project costs and minimize wastage

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of construction management & site execution
• Understanding of RCC work, finishing work, and structure
• Ability to read and interpret architectural & structural drawings
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred)
