Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships from booking to possession, ensuring smooth coordination, timely follow-ups, and excellent customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Handling

  • Act as a single point of contact for customers post-booking
  • Handle client queries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) professionally
  • Maintain strong customer relationships

 CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions regularly
  • Ensure data accuracy and reporting

 Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Site teams
  • Handle booking forms, agreements, and registration processes
  • Manage documentation till possession/handover

 Follow-ups & Collections

  • Follow up on pending payments and documentation
  • Share payment schedules, demand letters, and updates
  • Assist in loan & bank coordination

 Reporting

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
  • Track customer status, payments, and site visits



Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good follow-up and coordination ability
  • Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Excel
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Problem-solving attitude



Qualification:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Real Estate experience is preferred



Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in residential / commercial real estate
  • Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of real estate processes (Booking → Possession)
