Job Description

  • Supervise complete metal fabrication process (cutting, welding, bending, grinding)
  • Handle production of metal furniture components (tables, chairs, frames, bases)
  • Manage and guide team of welders, fabricators, helpers
  • Ensure daily production targets are achieved on time
  • Maintain quality standards, finishing, and accuracy
  • Check drawings, measurements, and material usage
  • Coordinate with powder coating, polishing, and assembly teams
  • Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage
  • Handle machine maintenance & breakdown reporting
  • Ensure safety practices (PPE, welding safety, fire safety) on shop floor
