Panel Saw Operator

· Operate automatic (CNC/beam saw) and manual panel saw machines for cutting wood panels.

· Read and interpret cutting lists, drawings, and production plans.

· Set machine parameters such as dimensions, cutting sequence, and blade settings.

· Load and position panels correctly to ensure accurate cutting.

· Monitor cutting operations to maintain precision and avoid defects.

· Perform manual cutting for custom or small-batch jobs when required.

· Inspect finished pieces for accuracy (size, angle, finish).

· Minimize material wastage through efficient cutting practices.

· Maintain machines, including blade changes and basic troubleshooting.

· Keep work area clean and organized.

· Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
