Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender Estimator and Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, tender documentation, and quantity take-offs for industrial, warehouse, and infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate project costing, profitability, and competitive bidding.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and submit tender bids in coordination with design, procurement, and project management teams.
• Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Evaluate project costs, materials, labor, and equipment to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist in value engineering and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor and control project costs during execution, including variations, claims, and payment applications.
• Maintain up-to-date cost databases and estimation tools.
• Prepare post-contract documentation and reports for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience as a Tender Estimator / Quantity Surveyor in construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of Excel-based estimation tools and other related softwares.
