Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the company.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status.
- Assist in employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during the hiring process.
