Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong sales ability to engage potential and existing customers, provide detailed information about our furniture and electronics products, and successfully close sales over the phone. 

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Ability to learn quickly about complex products (furniture materials, styles, functionality) and articulate their benefits.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle rejection and stress while maintaining a positive, self-motivated attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
