Job Description
- Key Responsibilities1. Access ControlMonitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.
- Verify ID cards, visitor passes, and gate passes before granting access.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry registers.
- 2. Material Movement ControlCheck incoming and outgoing materials with proper gate pass authorization.
- Ensure no unauthorized removal of factory materials, tools, or equipment.
- Verify delivery vehicles and supplier documentation.
- 3. Surveillance & MonitoringConduct regular patrolling of factory premises, including storage areas, production zones, and parking areas.
- Monitor CCTV systems and alarm systems.
- Identify and report suspicious activities.
- 4. Safety & Emergency ResponseRespond promptly to security incidents, fire alarms, or emergencies.
- Assist in emergency evacuations and safety drills.
- Coordinate with local authorities, fire department, or police when required.
- 5. Incident ReportingMaintain daily security logs and incident reports.
- Report security breaches, safety hazards, or unusual activities to management.
- Document accidents, theft attempts, or security violations.
- 6. Protection of AssetsSafeguard factory equipment, modular components, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper locking and sealing of restricted areas.
- 7. Discipline & ComplianceEnforce factory security policies and safety regulations.
- Prevent unauthorized photography, smoking in restricted areas, or prohibited activities.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industrial safety standards.
