Job Description
- Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, or grinders).
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities.
- Adjust machine settings (speed, feed rate, tooling) as needed.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Maintain production records and report defects or issues.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
