WANTED FEMALE TELECALLERS EXECUTIVES URGENT

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers (shops, hotels, vendors)
• Take daily orders and coordinate with branches for delivery
• Follow up with customers for repeat business
• Maintain customer database and call records
• Inform customers about price updates, offers, and stock availability
• Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries
• Support sales team in achieving targets
• Coordinate with warehouse/branch teams for order fulfillment

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree

✔ 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)

✔ Good communication skills (Tamil must, basic English preferred)

✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel / billing software)

✔ Friendly and customer-focused attitude
