EDM Wiring

• Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor Wire Cut EDM machines
• Perform EDM wiring, threading, and re-threading accurately
• Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data
• Select appropriate wire, parameters, and cutting conditions
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per requirements
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor tool wear and replace consumables when required
• Maintain production records and quality checks
• Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards (5S)

Required Skills & Knowledge:Hands-on experience in Wire Cut EDM operations

• Knowledge of EDM programming basics (manual / CNC)
• Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, height gauge)
• Understanding of materials, tolerances, and precision machining
• Ability to work independently and meet production targets
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Experience in tool room / die & mold manufacturing
• Exposure to high-precision components
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required

Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹16000 - 25000 per month (Based on experience)
