Job Description: Field Sales Executive – Digital Payments

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell digital payment solutions such as QR codes, Sound Box devices, card swipe machines (EDC), POS software, insurance, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation and product promotion
• Achieve sales targets across multiple digital payment solutions
• Onboard and educate unorganised retailers on digital payments and its benefits
• Deploy products and explain features and best practices at merchant locations
• Resolve issues faced by existing merchants to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Gather market and competitor feedback for product improvement
• Promote and sell Sound Box devices as a key offering

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Wallet, or E-commerce preferred
• Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome
• Must own an Android smartphone, bike, and have a valid driving license

Location: Field-based, with regular travel for client visits.

Note: Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
