Account Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Coordinator to support our finance team by managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring accurate documentation of financial transactions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update accounts records and financial documentation.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment records.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.
• Maintain purchase records, receipts, and financial reports.
• Support the accounts team in monthly and yearly financial reports.
• Ensure all financial documents are accurate and properly filed.
• Coordinate with other departments for billing and payment clarification.
• Assist in GST, tax-related documentation, and compliance support (if applicable).
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally or similar).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• QualificationBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com or related field).
• 1–3 years experience in accounts or finance-related roles preferred.
