Roles and Responsibilities

1. Tally Entries: Tally data entry for purchases, sales , invoices, inventory etc.

2. Purchase management: Preparation of purchase indents, purchase orders, payment

requests and release of payment on completion of work.

3. Banking: Reconciliation and banking work such as cheque deposit, RTGS transfers, etc.

4. Audited Financials: Communicate with auditors for timely tax filing.

5. GST Filing: Coordinate with GST consultant for GST filing.

6. TCS / TDS Filing

7. Administrative Support: Maintain attendance sheets, manpower rotation, wage calculations

etc.

8. Invoicing and Reminders: Produce invoices and send payment reminder messages / emails if

required.
