Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, banking, compliance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete accounts and finance operations

• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants

• Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables

• Handle bank transactions, CC accounts, and loan documentation

• Supervise billing, invoicing, and payment processes

• Ensure accuracy in accounting records and documentation

Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter preferred

• Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/finance

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation

• Experience with Tally / accounting software / Excel

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle audits and bank coordination
