Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on knowledge of Tally (ERP/Prime). The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers in Tally.
• Handle bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and cash book maintenance.
• Prepare and record sales, purchase, expense, and payment entries.
• Assist in GST-related work such as invoice preparation and basic return support.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable follow-ups.
• Maintain proper documentation for accounting and audit purposes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Basic understanding of GST and statutory compliance is an added advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Male candidates preferred
