Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Maintain and record sales and purchase invoices accurately in the accounting system.
- Coordinate with auditor for GST filing, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) regularly and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, bank, and journal entries.
- Support in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payment and billing queries.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Assist management in overall accounts and finance-related tasks.
