Accountant

Nexus Automotive Service Solutions, a leading company in the automobile industry, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Officer to join our team.

As an Accountant cum Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company as well as handling administrative tasks. Your main goal will be to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported, while also providing support in maintaining efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, tax filings, and bank reconciliations.

- Manage payroll processing including employee benefits and taxes.

- Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.

- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.

- Oversee general administrative duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment and facilities, and scheduling appointments.

- Assist in creating and implementing policies/procedures to improve efficiency within the company.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting or finance role

-Malayalam Language is Added Advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Tally preferred)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
