Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a young and dynamic Accounts & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, including voucher entries, reconciliation, and follow-ups. The role also includes administrative tasks such as transport and hostel booking and staff accommodation reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate voucher entries in the accounting system.  

- Carry out bank reconciliations on a regular basis.  

- Manage accounts payable and receivable with timely follow-ups.  

- Prepare and present regular financial reports.  

- Handle accounts receivable collection processes.  

- Coordinate transportation and hostel bookings for staff and guests.  

- Maintain accurate staff accommodation reports.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Tally (mandatory).  

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.  

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.  

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM
