Accounts Executive

• Accounts Executive – Job Description (Short Version)Role PurposeSupport daily accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely financial records using Tally.
• Assist Finance team in billing, receivables, payroll, MIS, and compliance activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Tally Operations

• Post all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal, Contra) in Tally Prime / ERP 9.
• Maintain ledgers, chart of accounts, and cost centers.
• Perform bank entries and Bank Reconciliation (BRS).
• Support month-end closing and audit data preparation.

Billing & Revenue

• Generate GST invoices in Tally based on approved inputs.
• Maintain invoice register, billing tracker, and handle debit/credit notes.

Receivables

• Track AR aging from Tally and follow up for collections.
• Record receipts and reconcile customer accounts.

Payroll & Compliance

• Pass salary entries and prepare PF, ESI, TDS, GST workings.
• Maintain statutory records and support filings.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare P&L, expense reports, and cash flow from Tally.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Compliance & Control

• Follow SOPs, maintain confidentiality, and ensure data accuracy.
• Highlight errors, discrepancies, and risks promptly.
• Key SkillsStrong hands-on experience in Tally Prime / ERP 9
• Knowledge of GST, BRS, payroll entries, and MIS reporting
• Good Excel and documentation skills
