Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting records, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage a team effectively

• Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, banking activities, and vendor payments.
• Conduct financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate with auditors and handle internal/external audits.
• Implement and improve accounting systems and processes for efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in financial decision-making and risk management.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 2 Years in Accounting manager

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally

Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, TDS, tax filings, and financial regulations.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
