Accounts Payable Executive

Emerald is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in GST, TDS, financial reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

Experience: 5–7 Years

Department: Finance / Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

1) Accounts Payable Management:

- Handle invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.

- Monitor aging reports and manage outstanding liabilities.

2) GST and TDS Compliance:

- Ensure accurate GST ITC claims and manage TDS deductions as per regulations.

- Handle MSME payment tracking and compliance.

3) Financial Books Closure:

- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closures.

- Ensure proper accounting of expenses, accruals, and liabilities.

4) Audit Coordination:

- Liaise with statutory/internal auditors and manage audit requirements.

5) ERP and Reporting:

- Collaborate with IT/ERP teams to develop reports in D365.

- Identify reporting gaps and improve report generation.

Requirements:

- Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

- 5–7 years of experience in accounts payable

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

- Hands-on experience in D365 or similar ERP

- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools

- Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

-CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance

-Experience with mid to large-scale organizations

-Exposure to automation tools is a plus
