Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AND SUPERVISING
  • HANDLING OFFICE PURCHASE AND PROCUREMENT PROCESS
  • PRINTING MATERIAL PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCESS
  • STOCK MAINTENANCE AND PURCHASE OF OFFICE TOILET MATERIALS
  • STOCK MAINTENANCE AND PURCHASE OF OFFICE STATIONERY MATERIALS
  • HANDLING SECURITY OPERATIONS
  • SUPERVISING CAFETERIA
  • PROCUREMENT PROCESS (INCLUDING INVITING MULTIPLE VENDOR QUOTATIONS PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
  • COORDINATING WITH ACCOUNTS TEAM FOR VENDOR PAYMENT PROCESS
  • HANDLING OFFICE ASSISTANTS AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–5 year of experience in administration or a similar role (freshers can also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills (Malyalam).
