Key Responsibilities:
- ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE AND SUPERVISING
- HANDLING OFFICE PURCHASE AND PROCUREMENT PROCESS
- PRINTING MATERIAL PURCHASE AND PAYMENT PROCESS
- STOCK MAINTENANCE AND PURCHASE OF OFFICE TOILET MATERIALS
- STOCK MAINTENANCE AND PURCHASE OF OFFICE STATIONERY MATERIALS
- HANDLING SECURITY OPERATIONS
- SUPERVISING CAFETERIA
- PROCUREMENT PROCESS (INCLUDING INVITING MULTIPLE VENDOR QUOTATIONS PURCHASE AND PAYMENT
- COORDINATING WITH ACCOUNTS TEAM FOR VENDOR PAYMENT PROCESS
- HANDLING OFFICE ASSISTANTS AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–5 year of experience in administration or a similar role (freshers can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and coordination skills (Malyalam).
