We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Franchisee Development Manager to lead franchise expansion and partner acquisition for our technology-based CAD solution for tailoring and customisation, as well as oversee franchise-related activities across the company’s four business branches. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, evaluating, and on-boarding franchise partners, while managing the complete lead life-cycle from initial inquiry through conversion and ensuring alignment across all branches.

In addition to franchise development, the role will manage Lead Operation Manager and Legal-related activities for all branches, including qualifying and nurturing franchise leads, coordinating franchise agreements, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in collaboration with legal teams. While experience in tailoring, apparel, or fashion technology is an advantage, candidates from other franchise-based or partner-led businesses are welcome, provided they bring strong franchise development and partner acquisition experience.
