Role Summary – Dealership Executive

The Dealership Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day dealer operations, including handling dealer purchase orders from quotation to final payment collection. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for stock availability, order processing, dispatch, and invoicing, while serving as the primary point of contact for dealers. The executive ensures timely order fulfillment, regular payment follow-ups, accurate documentation, and reporting to the office. The role also focuses on resolving dealer queries, managing overdues, and maintaining strong dealer relationships to ensure smooth business operations and sustained growth.
