What You’ll Do:

• Develop and deliver engaging training modules on AI/ML fundamentals, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems (e.g., tool-using agents, autonomous workflows)
• Lead interactive workshops, hands-on labs, and mentorship sessions for technical learners (engineers, data scientists, product teams)
• Customize curriculam for different audiences: enterprise teams, startups, universities, or bootcamps
• Stay current on developments in Agentic AI (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI Function Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to align course content with real-world applications and emerging tech
• The role involves hands-on teaching, mentoring students, and collaborating with other experts to enhance the learning experience and ensure the application of AI principles to real-world scenarios

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical trainer, educator, or L&D professional in AI/ML domains
• Strong knowledge of ML/AI concepts including supervised learning, deep learning, transformers, and LLMs
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools or frameworks (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT, LangGraph, semantic agents, orchestration pipelines)
• Ability to explain complex AI topics in an accessible, structured, and engaging way
• Experience building or delivering training to adult learners or technical professionals

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science
• Strong Programming skills including Python, FastAPI
• Solid foundation in Computer Science
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Experience in academic teaching and training is beneficial
• Effective communication and mentoring skills
• Master’s degree in a related field

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working in a startup, tech academy, or corporate L&D program
• Familiarity with vector databases, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning
• Certifications in ML, data science, or instructional design
