Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability. You will also document findings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
