Role Summary

A Pump Assembly Fitter is responsible for assembling, testing, and sometimes repairing pumps and related equipment, often following detailed instructions and specifications. 

Responsibilities:

•  Assembly: Assembling pumps from individual components, ensuring proper fit and alignment. 
•  Testing: Conducting tests to verify pump performance and adherence to quality standards. 
• Repair and Maintenance: Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling pumps as needed, including replacing worn or damaged parts. 
•  Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork, such as work orders, inspection reports, and checklists. 
•  Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the assembly and repair process. 
• Safety: Following safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. 
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues during assembly or testing. 
•  Continuous Improvement: Participating in efforts to improve processes and reduce costs. 
• ITI Fitter with around 8yrs experience into pump assembly is a must.
