Regional Sales Manager – Rock Breaker Business

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our Rock Breaker / Hydraulic Breaker business across Tamil Nadu, with Coimbatore as the base location.

If you have strong industry experience and understand the Tamil Nadu quarry & mining belt (Coimbatore, Salem, Erode, Karur, Madurai, Trichy, Hosur, etc.), this role offers high ownership and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complete regional sales operations for Tamil Nadu
• Appoint & manage dealers, distributors & channel partners
• Develop direct business with:
• Quarry owners
• Mining operators
• Excavator fleet owners
• Infrastructure contractors
• Lead, train & monitor field sales executives
• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
• Conduct competitor mapping & pricing strategy
• Ensure collections & credit discipline
• Support after-sales coordination & customer retention

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in Rock Breaker / Hydraulic Breaker / Construction Equipment Sales
• Strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu market dynamics
• Existing network with quarry owners, mining contractors & equipment dealers
• Proven experience handling regional sales targets
• Strong team handling experience
• Willing to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu
• Immediate or short notice period candidates preferred

Compensation

• CTC up to ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & performance history)
