* Drive sales and achieve targets for our products ā Savings Account, DRD, RD, FD & MIS
* Promote all product lines and increase customer acquisition
* Lead branch expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities
* Set up and support new branches to ensure smooth operations and growth
* Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for regional growth
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
