We're Hiring – Area Sales Manager (Coimbatore Region)

Position: Area Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Sales & Marketing Head

Company Location: Palani, Thalaiyuthu

Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in Sales & Business Development, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry

Languages: Proficiency in Tamil, English, & Hindi (at least two languages preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned region.

✅ Identify, onboard, and manage dealers & distributors to expand market reach.

✅ Achieve sales targets through effective planning and team leadership.

✅ Conduct market research to identify customer needs & competitor insights.

✅ Handle B2B & institutional sales, creating strong relationships with key stakeholders.

✅ Train & guide sales executives & dealer networks for better performance.

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating after-sales support.

Requirements:

✔ Proven track record in sales & business development (preferably in the EV sector).

✔ Strong negotiation & communication skills.

✔ Ability to lead & motivate a sales team.

✔ Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
