Assembly Technician

Job Title : Assembly & Service Engineer – Interactive Flat Panels (IFP)

Location : Kavundanpalayam - Factory and Field – as required

Experience : 1–3 years (Freshers with strong technical skills can also apply)

Qualification : ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related trade

Job Role

The Assembly & Service Engineer will work on assembly, installation, and service of Interactive Flat Panels used in smart classrooms and offices. The job includes factory work as well as field service visits.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly Work

• Assemble Interactive Flat Panels in factory
• Fit parts like display, touch frame, boards, speakers, OPS, cables
• Do basic testing before dispatch
• Report any damage or faults during assembly

Installation Work

• Install panels at customer sites
• Wall mount / stand mount the panel properly
• Connect power, HDMI, USB, OPS, audio, and network
• Do basic touch and display checking after installation

Service & Repair

• Attend service calls for panel issues
• Identify and fix common problems (no display, touch issue, power issue, sound issue)
• Replace spare parts like boards, cables, touch frame, OPS (with guidance)
• Close service calls with proper reporting

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Electronics / Electrical
• Understanding of LED/LCD displays is a plus
• Able to use basic tools (screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of Android / Windows
• Willing to learn new technology

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel for service work
• Ready to work at site and factory
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Good discipline and punctuality
