Job Description
- Handle & Experienced in Locker is mandatory
- Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in driving the branch's asset growth, managing investment / wealth portfolios and ensuring high quality customer service
- Achieve branch targets for assets, including business loans, personal loans & wealth products
- Analyze client portfolios & propose investment strategies
- oversee daily branch activities & regulatory standards
- Supervise branch staffs
- Proven experience in selling assets, loans or wealth management products
- Leading morning team meetings to discuss targets & strategies
- Reviewing branch reports to monitor sales productivity
- Conducting 1-on-1 coaching sessions with team members
