Job Description
Assistant Cluster Manager :
- To Monitor daily store operations
- To maintain all the store Visual Merchandising
- To report daily standard operating procedures to senior manager
- To drive sales in the showrooms
- To train new sales staff
- To train store managers and staffs on sales and soft skills and customer handling
- To handle customer queries and give desired product to the customers
- To daily track and report the sales performance and targets
- To act a medium of communication between management and stores
- To make sure all showrooms adhere to the SOPs and KPIs
- To deliver sales and achieve the targets given.
- To analyze reports and data.
