1?? Lead end-to-end NPI project execution from RFQ to mass production.

2?? Own and validate the complete BOM structure (EBOM → MBOM alignment).

3?? Ensure BOM accuracy for part number, revision control, AVL, and alternates.

4?? Manage PLM system for part creation, document control, and engineering change management (ECO/ECN).

5?? Coordinate with design, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams for seamless product launch.

6?? Control engineering changes and ensure impact analysis on cost, inventory, and production.

7?? Drive prototype builds (EVT/DVT/PVT) and ensure readiness for pilot production.

8?? Monitor material readiness and avoid shortages during NPI builds.

9?? Ensure regulatory, compliance, and customer documentation are properly released in PLM.

? Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables to achieve on-time product launch (OTD).
