Job Description

Assistant Manager

1.     Monitoring material receipt and Co-ordination with purchase, stores & machine shop for issue of material to shop floor based on system dates / Production plan and load availability at work centers

 

2.     Co-ordination with purchase, shop floor, stores for daily assembly loading of Cast valves as per system dates / Production plan and load availability at assembly shop

 

3.     Updation of MDR tickets for material master

 

4.     Monitor and Issue of floor stock items to assembly shops

 

5.     Checking availability of materials for urgent spares orders on enquiry stage.

 

6.     Creation of External processing PR’s based on load situation and creation of PR’s for SCM department on request

 

7.     Monitoring of exception messages related to Production order conversion, PR conversion, BOM not available, Actuator excess PR

 

8.     Preparing MIS report to monitor daily assembly loading, completion and material receipts
